Initiate Request
Log into your Zandu Care account and select the order you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into their original packaging to ensure a smooth inspection process.
Affix Shipping Label
Print and attach the prepaid return shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of your package.
Drop Off & Refund
Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
